Statutes of limitation: don't lose your right
Many rights can be pursued only within a certain term. The general limitation term in civil matters is 3 years, but there are also special terms, shorter or longer, depending on the type of case.
Once the term has run, the claim may be dismissed as time-barred, however well-founded it is. So don't delay: a timely consultation can save your right. The rules are in the Civil Code.
