1. About this site
The site presents the services of the Dobrescu și Asociații SCA law office and lets you request a consultation. The information on the site is general and does not constitute legal advice for a specific situation.
2. Requests and fees
A call or a form is a request for a consultation, not a representation relationship. That arises only through a signed legal assistance agreement. The fee is stated transparently and agreed in writing before we begin.
3. The lawyer–client relationship
The office is made up of lawyers admitted to the Constanța Bar, members of the National Union of Romanian Bars, and operates under Law no. 51/1995 and the Statute of the legal profession. We are bound by professional secrecy.
4. Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. The blog articles and resources are general information and do not replace a consultation for your case.
5. Dispute resolution
We first try to settle any complaint amicably — tell us. You also have the ADR mechanisms (ANPC). Applicable law: Romanian law.
