1. What data we collect
By phone or form: name, phone and, optionally, email, plus the details you give us about your case. We use them solely to reply to you and assist you. The site also uses strictly necessary cookies; statistics cookies are activated only with your consent.
2. Why we use it (GDPR bases)
To respond to requests and provide the legal services (taking steps at your request — art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, if you've consented, for anonymous statistics (consent — art. 6(1)(a)). We don't sell data — to anyone, ever.
3. Professional secrecy
Beyond GDPR protection, everything we learn within the lawyer–client relationship is covered by the lawyer's professional secrecy, guaranteed by law. It is an obligation we honor without exception.
4. How long we keep it
Contact data from requests: at most 1 year from the last interaction. Case documents: in line with the terms provided by law for the practice of law.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, plus withdrawal of consent. Write to us at contact@dobrescu-asociatii.ro and we resolve it within 30 days. You may also contact ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
