The employment contract: rights and duties
The individual employment contract must be concluded in writing, before the first day of work, and must state the salary, the role, the schedule and the term. Without it, you work without the law's protection, and the employer risks penalties.
The rules are set by the Labor Code. If you are denied rights or have been unlawfully dismissed, we can help — see employment law.
