What insurance covers
when you need a tow

Many people don't know they pay twice: once for insurance, once for the tow, even though one covered the other. Here's how it works.

The roadside assistance clause

Many CASCO policies and some RCA ones include a roadside assistance clause that covers towing in case of breakdown or accident. Check your policy or ask your insurer.

What documents you need

For the claim you usually need proof of the intervention and an invoice. We give them to you on the spot, so you don't have to chase papers later.

Ask your insurer first. Sometimes the tow is already paid for.

When it isn't covered

If you don't have the clause or the situation doesn't qualify, you pay for the tow. We tell you the rate clearly on the phone anyway, so you can decide with the facts.
