1. About this site
The site presents the services of Tractări Rapid SRL and allows an intervention to be requested. For emergencies, the phone is the fastest way. The prices shown are starting rates; the final rate is communicated on the phone, before we set off.
2. Requests and rates
A call or a form represents an intervention request. We tell you the rate before we set off toward you; the trip begins after your confirmation. We charge nothing if you cancel before we set off.
3. Responsibility
We carry vehicles with care, on a flatbed, and we have insurance for the vehicle we transport. We recommend removing valuables from the car before towing.
4. Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information correct, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors. The advice in blog articles is general and does not replace assessing the situation on the spot.
5. Dispute resolution
We first try to settle any issue amicably — call us. You also have the ADR mechanisms (ANPC). Applicable law: Romanian law.
