Capacity and comfort

Ask how many guests fit seated, not just standing. A crowded hall spoils the atmosphere, and so does one too empty. Ask to see the hall set up for your guest count.

What it actually includes

The menu, drinks, decor, coordination: ask exactly what is in the price and what is paid separately. An all-inclusive package saves you many trips.

Availability and backup

Ask early about free dates and what happens in bad weather, if you have an outdoor ceremony. A serious venue always has a plan B.
