2. Requests, viewings and contract
A request sent through the form or by phone is a request for a quote or a viewing, not a firm booking of the date. The booking is established through a written contract, which states the space, services, menu and prices. The prices shown are starting points.
3. Payments and deposit
Securing the date is usually done with a deposit, which is deducted from the final price, and the rest is paid in installments up to the event. The exact terms are stated in the contract.
4. Catering and limitation of liability
Catering is provided by the estate's in-house kitchen. Please tell us about allergies and dietary restrictions in advance. The information and articles on the site are for guidance only.
5. Dispute resolution
We first try to resolve any dissatisfaction amicably — let us know. You also have the ADR mechanisms (ANPC) at your disposal. Applicable law: Romanian law.
