1. What data we collect
Through the request/viewing form, phone or email: name, phone and, optionally, email, plus the details you give us about the event (type, date, number of guests, menu preferences). We do not ask for sensitive data.
2. Basis of processing
We process the data to respond to your request and prepare the quote or viewing (pre-contractual measures) and, if we move forward, to provide the service (contract). Statistical data is processed only with your consent.
3. How long we keep it
The contact data of a request: at most 1 year from the last interaction. Contractual documents: for the period required by legal and tax obligations.
4. Who we share it with
Only with vendors strictly necessary for your event (for example external services on request) and with service providers (web hosting, accounting), under contract. We do not sell data — to anyone, ever.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, plus withdrawal of consent. Write to us at contact@domeniulteilor.ro and we resolve it within 30 days at most. You may also contact ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
