The site presents the services of Anima Psihoterapie SRL and lets you request an appointment. The information on the site is general and does not constitute psychological advice for a specific situation, nor a diagnosis.
2. Appointments and sessions
A message or a call is a request for an appointment. The first session is about getting to know each other and does not oblige you to continue therapy. The price of each session is shown with the respective service and confirmed at booking.
3. The therapeutic relationship
The practice is made up of psychologists certified by the Romanian College of Psychologists (COPSI) and operates under the profession's code of ethics. We are bound by professional secrecy. In a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 112.
4. Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. The blog articles and resources are general psychoeducation and do not replace a session with a specialist.
5. Dispute resolution
We first try to settle any complaint amicably — tell us. You also have the ADR mechanisms (ANPC). Applicable law: Romanian law.
