Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect
By phone or form: name, phone and, optionally, email, plus what you choose to share about your situation. We use it solely to reply to you and book you in. The site also uses strictly necessary cookies; statistics cookies are activated only with your consent.
2. Health data (special category)
Data about your mental health is a "special category" (art. 9 GDPR) and we treat it with heightened care. We process it only on the basis of your explicit consent and your interest in receiving care, solely for the purpose of therapy. Session notes are confidential and disclosed to no one.
3. Why we use it (GDPR bases)
To respond to requests and provide the services (art. 6(1)(b) + art. 9(2)(h) GDPR) and, if you've consented, for anonymous statistics (consent). We don't sell data — to anyone, ever.
4. How long we keep it
Contact data from requests: at most 1 year from the last interaction. The therapy record: in line with the legal and ethical obligations of the profession of psychologist.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, plus withdrawal of consent. Write to us at contact@cabinetanima.ro and we resolve it within 30 days. You may also contact ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

Details about the cookies we use are in the Cookie Policy. Preferences can be changed anytime from the consent banner.
