1. About this site
The site presents the tattoo services offered by Cerneală Art SRL and lets you book a consultation or a session online. The information on the site is general.
2. Bookings and deposit
An online or phone booking is a request, confirmed by us. The prices shown are starting points; the final cost is set at the consultation. For large sessions a deposit may be requested, which comes off the final price and holds the appointment.
3. Age and consent
We tattoo adults only (over 18), based on an ID and a signed informed consent. Before the session you fill in a short form with questions relevant to your safety.
4. Hygiene and limitation of liability
We work with single-use needles and ink, under hygiene conditions that comply with sanitary regulations. The result and the healing also depend on following the aftercare instructions we give you. The articles and resources are for guidance.
5. Dispute resolution
We first try to settle any complaint amicably — tell us. You also have the ADR mechanisms (ANPC). Applicable law: Romanian law.
