Our story
It started from a love of drawing
Tudor Anghel opened Studio Cerneală in 2015, starting from an old passion for drawing and a belief: a good tattoo is a piece of art worn on the skin, not a design pulled off the internet.
Over time, Ilinca and Sergiu joined, each with their own style. That's how we became a studio where you find realism, fine-line and blackwork under one roof. We've kept our founding rules: hygiene without compromise, custom designs and zero rush.
