1. About this site
The site presents the classes of Shanti Yoga SRL and allows sign-ups for sessions. The content is informational; the schedule and prices may change, and the version on the site is the valid one.
2. Sign-up and memberships
Signing up through a form represents a booking request, confirmed by us by phone or email. The first class is free and with no obligation. Memberships have the validity stated at purchase.
3. Rescheduling and cancellation
You can cancel or reschedule a class for free at least 4 hours before. Taking part in classes assumes a state of health compatible with physical effort; for prenatal yoga we ask for the doctor's approval.
4. Limitation of liability
Instructors offer guidance, but the responsibility to listen to your body is yours. The advice in blog articles is general and does not replace medical advice.
5. Dispute resolution
We first try to settle any issue amicably — write to us. You also have the ADR mechanisms (ANPC). Applicable law: Romanian law.
