The site presents the services of the clinic Surâs Dental SRL and allows online booking. The information on the site is general and does not constitute medical advice for a specific situation, nor a diagnosis.
2. Appointments
An online or phone booking is a request, confirmed by us by phone or email. The prices shown are starting prices; the final cost is set through the treatment plan, after the check-up. Please let us know of a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.
3. The medical act
The clinic holds a sanitary authorization, and the doctors are registered with the Romanian College of Dentists and operate under the profession's standards. In a major medical emergency, call 112.
4. Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. The blog articles and resources are general education and do not replace a specialist consultation.
5. Dispute resolution
We first try to settle any complaint amicably — tell us. You also have the ADR mechanisms (ANPC). Applicable law: Romanian law.
