Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect
Through booking, phone or form: name, phone and, optionally, email, plus what you choose to tell us about the reason for your visit. We use it to book you and treat you. The site also uses strictly necessary cookies; statistics cookies are activated only with your consent.
2. Health data (special category)
Data about your dental health is a "special category" (art. 9 GDPR) and we treat it with heightened care. We process it on the basis of consent and for the purpose of providing care (art. 9(2)(h) GDPR). The medical record is confidential, under professional secrecy.
3. How long we keep it
Contact data from appointments: at most 1 year from the last interaction. The medical record: in line with the legal terms for medical documents.
4. Who we share it with
Only with strictly necessary providers (web hosting, dental lab for the work), under contract, and with the authorities, only if the law requires it. We don't sell data — to anyone, ever.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, plus withdrawal of consent. Write to us at contact@clinicasuras.ro and we resolve it within 30 days. You may also contact ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
