The site presents the services of Pietas Servicii Funerare SRL and allows a request for assistance or counsel to be sent. In the event of a death, the fastest way is the phone. The prices shown are starting rates; the final cost is communicated transparently, before any decision.
2. Requests and prices
A call or a form represents a request for support. We present the services and costs calmly and clearly; we charge nothing for the initial counsel. We begin any service only after your confirmation.
3. Authorizations
We are a licensed funeral services company, with the permits required for transport and for funeral activity. We work in accordance with the legislation in force on funeral services.
4. Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors. The advice in blog articles and resources is general and does not replace direct counsel.
5. Dispute resolution
We first try to settle any issue amicably — tell us. You also have the ADR mechanisms (ANPC). Applicable law: Romanian law.
