The death benefit: how to claim it
Upon a death, the family is entitled to a death benefit, granted by the Pension House or by the employer, if the person was employed. The amount is set annually by law.
To receive it, a file is submitted with the death certificate, the identity documents and proof of the claimant's standing. We prepare this file for you, as part of our services.
