The funeral services law
Funeral services in Romania are governed by Law no. 102/2014 on cemeteries, human crematoria and funeral services. It sets the conditions for licensing companies, the rules of transport and of arranging resting places.
A serious company must hold the city hall authorization and the sanitary permit. Casa Funerară Pietas works with all its permits up to date.
