1. About this site
The site presents the driver-training services offered by Drum Bun Auto SRL and lets you book lessons and evaluations online. The information on the site is general; the exact training terms are those in the training contract.
2. Bookings and enrollment
An online or phone booking is a request, confirmed by us over the phone. Enrollment is based on a training contract and the file with the documents required by law. The prices shown are indicative; the final ones are set at enrollment.
3. Authorization
The driving school is authorized by the Romanian Road Authority (ARR), and the instructors hold a valid certification. Training and examination are carried out under the road legislation in force.
4. Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information correct and up to date, but we don't guarantee the absence of errors and we don't guarantee passing the exam, which depends on each student's preparation and performance. The articles and resources are for guidance.
5. Dispute resolution
We first try to settle any complaint amicably — tell us. You also have the ADR mechanisms (ANPC). Applicable law: Romanian law.
