Privacy policy

1. What data we collect
Through a booking, phone call or form: name, phone and, optionally, email. At enrollment, for the file required by law, we also collect identification data (personal ID number, ID document) and the necessary documents, including a medical certificate and a psychological assessment, which we treat with extra care.
2. Basis for processing
We process the data to respond to your request and carry out the training contract, and to meet our legal obligations toward the authorities (ARR, traffic police). Statistics data is processed on the basis of consent.
3. How long we keep it
The contact data of a booking: at most 1 year from the last interaction. The training file documents: for the duration and under the conditions required by the specific legislation.
4. Who we share it with
With the competent authorities (ARR, traffic police), as required by law, and with strictly necessary providers (web hosting, accounting), under contract. We don't sell data — to anyone, ever.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, plus withdrawal of consent. Write to us at contact@autodrumbun.ro and we resolve it within 30 days. You can also turn to ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
