The site presents the products and hours of Prăvălia Bio SRL. It is a showcase site: we don't sell online. Products are bought directly in the shop, in Cotroceni. The prices shown are for reference and may change.
2. Product availability
We try to keep the information up to date, but a product's availability may change. To be safe, call us before coming for something specific; we can set the product you want aside.
3. The contact form
Through the form you can ask us questions about products or hours. It is not an order form. We reply during shop hours.
4. Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors. The advice in blog articles is general and does not replace medical advice.
5. Dispute resolution
We first try to settle any issue amicably — tell us in the shop or write to us. You also have the ADR mechanisms (ANPC). Applicable law: Romanian law.
