1. About this site
The site presents the accommodation services of Brădet Turism SRL and allows booking requests to be sent. The content is informational; rates and availability may change, and the version on the site is the valid one.
2. Bookings and deposit
Sending the form represents a booking request, confirmed by us by phone or email. To confirm, we may ask for a deposit; you pay the rest on-site, cash or card. Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation is free at least 7 days before arrival. For holidays and special periods, the cancellation conditions may differ and we tell you at booking.
4. Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors. Advice about trails and sights is general; assessing mountain conditions is up to you.
5. Dispute resolution
We first try to settle any issue amicably — tell us on the spot or write to us. You also have the ADR mechanisms (ANPC). Applicable law: Romanian law.
