If you just feel something isn't right but don't know exactly what, this is where we start. I come to you, check on site and tell you clearly what the problem is and what needs doing, in plain words.
At the end you get a quote with labor and materials laid out, with no obligation. When you book, you can briefly describe what broke, so I show up prepared. If we go ahead with the job, the cost of the check comes off the total.
I take it off the quote if you accept the job.
