Privacy policy

1. What data I collect
Through a booking, phone call or form: name, phone and, optionally, email and the job address, plus whatever you choose to tell me about the problem. I use them only to contact you, come to you and do your job. The site also uses strictly necessary cookies; the statistics ones activate only with your consent.
2. Basis for processing
I process the data so I can respond to your request and carry out the job (pre-contractual measures and contract), and on the basis of my legitimate interest in organizing my work. Statistics data is processed on the basis of consent.
3. How long I keep it
The contact data of a booking: at most 1 year from the last interaction. The job documents (quote, invoice): as long as tax and accounting law requires.
4. Who I share it with
Only with strictly necessary providers (web hosting, accounting), under contract, and with the authorities, only if the law requires it. I don't sell data — to anyone, ever.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, plus withdrawal of consent. Write to me at contact@instalatorul-dinu.ro and I resolve it within 30 days. You can also turn to ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
