Pick a theme

Everything starts from a theme and two or three colors. Whether it's classic pastel or something more playful, the rest is arranged around it.

Vary the textures

A good sweet corner has it all: something creamy, something crunchy, something fruity. Mini-tarts, macarons, choux and fresh fruit complement each other perfectly.

A good candy bar is looked at with the eyes first and only then with the fork.
