Our story
It started from a home kitchen
Amalia started making cakes for friends, out of a home kitchen and a passion that gave her no peace. The orders piled up, and in 2015 she opened Cofetăria Amandine, to do this for real, on a larger scale, but with the same care.
Today, our small team makes thousands of custom cakes a year and keeps the display case full of childhood classics. The name comes from the amandina, the pastry we make with the most love. Every order stays, for us, personal.
