The site presents the event-planning services offered by Ceremonia Events SRL and allows sending a request for a quote. The information on the site is general and for presentation purposes.
2. Quote requests and contract
A request sent through the form or by phone is a request for a quote, not a firm booking. The collaboration is established through a written contract, which states the services, prices and deadlines. The prices shown are starting points; the final quote is set according to the event.
3. Payments and deposit
Securing the date is usually done with a deposit, which is deducted from the final price, and the rest is paid in installments up to the event. The exact terms are stated in the contract.
4. Vendors and limitation of liability
We coordinate and recommend vendors, but some services (catering, music, photo-video) are provided by third parties, under a separate contract or through us. We strive to work only with trustworthy vendors. The information and articles on the site are for guidance only.
5. Dispute resolution
We first try to resolve any dissatisfaction amicably — let us know. You also have the ADR mechanisms (ANPC) at your disposal. Applicable law: Romanian law.
