Consumer protection in beauty services
As the recipient of a beauty service you have the right to correct information (price, duration, what the service involves), to a result that matches what was agreed, and to the remedy of problems caused by the provider. We recommend that prices and options be clearly displayed before booking.
If something wasn't right, the first step is a direct conversation with the salon. If it isn't resolved, you can notify the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), the institution that oversees the market and applies penalties. With us, the cancellation and rescheduling policy is explained from the start, so there are no surprises.
