1. About this site
The site presents the services of AutoFix Service SRL and allows booking requests to be sent. The content is informational; the prices shown are for guidance and are confirmed in the quote, after the car is checked.
2. Bookings and quotes
Sending the form represents a booking request, not a confirmed reservation. The booking becomes firm after our confirmation by phone or email. No work begins without a quote accepted by you. Please tell us of a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty on labor; parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The quote and the receipt are proof of the work and of the warranty.
4. Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors. The advice in blog articles is general and does not replace an on-site diagnosis.
5. Dispute resolution
We first try to settle any issue amicably — write to us. You also have the ADR mechanisms (ANPC). Applicable law: Romanian law.
