The site presents the services of Acoperișuri Trainice SRL and allows quote requests to be sent. The content is informational; the prices shown are starting prices and are confirmed in the firm quote, after the on-site assessment.
2. Quote requests and work
Sending the form represents a quote request, not a contract. The on-site assessment is free and with no obligation. Work begins after you accept the quote and, for larger jobs, after signing a work contract.
3. Warranty
We offer a 10-year warranty on labor; materials are covered by their factory warranty. The quote and the handover report are proof of the work and of the warranty.
4. Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors. The advice in blog articles is general and does not replace an on-site assessment.
5. Dispute resolution
We first try to settle any issue amicably — write to us. You also have the ADR mechanisms (ANPC). Applicable law: Romanian law.
