What a work contract should contain

A good contract protects both you and the contractor. It should clearly include: the description of the work, the materials used, the price and payment terms, the deadline and the warranty period.

It should also state who is liable for any damage and how the work is handed over. For larger jobs, a written contract isn't a formality but a guarantee for both sides. We draw it up from the start, so everything is transparent.
