How do I request a quote?
Through the form on the site or on WhatsApp. Describe the job and, if you can, send a few photos. We get back and set an assessment visit.
Does the on-site assessment cost anything?
No. We come, measure and check the trusses for free and with no obligation. Only then do you get the quote.
How soon do I get the quote?
Usually within 48 hours of the assessment. The quote is firm, with materials and labor itemized, and valid for 30 days.
What warranty do you offer on the work?
A 10-year warranty on the fitting, plus the factory warranty on materials. We stay responsible if a problem comes from the work.
How long does a job take?
An ordinary house roof takes a few days, depending on the weather and complexity. We give you a clear deadline in the quote.
Do I buy the materials or do you?
Whichever you prefer. Usually we source them at good supplier prices, but we can also fit your own materials, if they're suitable.
Do you work in winter too?
Yes, for repairs and emergencies. Large installations we schedule when the weather allows quality work.
